He believes that dreams come true when serving local and authentic Indian flavours to people and he’s so happy to share his passion with Amsterdam. He has culinary experience more than a decade along with professional training in local Indian cuisine. He worked alongside world renowned Michelin star chefs in California and Dubai, and the fine restaurants, Hotels, cruise lines, and Airlines in different parts of the world learning authentic and progressive Indian cuisine,. Chef Dipak has travelled door to door to learn authentic grandma’s flavour from his mum’s inspiration. I’m an intuitive chef who learned by doing, helping my mother and aunt cook elaborate family meals from the time I was old enough to hold a spoon. Those early experiences led me to pursue an bachelor in culinary and I now combine my love of food and healthy living to help clients live and eat better.
Chef Rahul Chandrambeth, his culinary journey is one of passion and dedication. With years of experience working in traditional Indian cuisine, Chef Rahul has honed his craft to develop a unique flavor profile that is sure to tantalize the taste buds. His journey to becoming an expert chef began with an internship with Master Chef India, where he was able to work with some of the most renowned chefs in the industry and learn their techniques. As a result, Chef Rahul has developed a deep knowledge of spices, herbs and other ingredients used in traditional Indian cooking that allows him to create dishes that are both flavorful and authentic.
